Metaformers Sponsors 5th Annual Lexington Urban League Young Professionals Gala

Metaformers Inc. is proud to be the Presenting Sponsor for the Lexington Urban League Young Professionals’ 5th Annual Gala to be held on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The theme for this year’s gala is, “Celebrating Diversity, Health, and Community Service.”

Metaformers believes that promoting diversity creates a path to greater levels of lifetime achievement for everyone in our society. They support the Lexington Urban League in its mission to assist African Americans and disadvantaged citizens in the achievement of social and economic equality. To this end, since 2007 Metaformers proudly supports the Lexington Urban League.

When speaking of Metaformers’ sponsorship of the Gala, Rodney Jackson, President of the Urban League Young Professional Lexington Chapter, said that he wanted to “thank Metaformers for the contributions that are going to benefit the community and the children of this community in helping make them more technologically literate of the options that are available to them.”

In addition, P.G. Peeples, Sr., President and CEO of the Urban League expressed his appreciation for Metaformers’ contributions: “On behalf of the Urban League of Lexington - Fayette County, I'd like to express our appreciation for the relationship that is developing with Metaformers.  We thank you for the contributions made in 2007"
