Metaformers Time & Labor Expertise Helps Another Client Achieve Success

A California energy company went live on PeopleSoft HRMS on January 3, 2005 with contributions from Metaformers? LA Office. Metaformers partnered with a talented consulting team to help make this implementation an unequivocal success, on time and on budget. This was a true achievement, since the aggressive project schedule started in August 2004 and was only slated for four months!

The key initiatives of this project were to upgrade the client's PeopleSoft HRMS system from 7.51 to 8.8, while introducing new functionality in the form of self-service applications including eProfile, ePay and Time & Labor. As the Project Manager stated, a key Metaformers consultant stepped in during the critical weeks and worked out a slew of Time & Labor balancing issues.

The upgrade and self-service functionality was rolled out to the entire employee population and was met with positive feedback. As of mid-January, the organization had completed their first two cycles of Production Payroll, demonstrating that Metaformers' Time and Labor expertise helped yet another client achieve success.
