On March 2, Andrew Beck, Metaformers Vice President of Global Operations, presentated "Strategy for Realizing a Return on your IT Investment in a Challenging Economy" at the Alliance 2010 conference in San Antonio.

At the session Beck discussed how to realize a return on your IT investments (ROI), even in a challenging economy. Spending limited IT investment dollars with a focus on a return on that IT investment is the means to realizing long term quantifiable results. The session further discussed the role of IT Strategic Planning in realizing ROI and answered the following questions: What is IT Strategic Planning? How is an IT Strategic plan developed? How is an IT Strategic plan implemented? What does return on investment mean?
