Title: Bigger Bang for your Buck in PeopleSoft Benefits 9.1
Presenter: Robert Hutchings, Senior Solution Architect
Abstract:
Is your organization losing ROI due to missed employee deductions? Recoup them by utilizing Benefits Billing and Retroactive Benefit Deductions. This session will highlight real life examples of how organizations increase their ROI by capturing deductions that are missed during payroll processing. Sometimes employees are late in notifying their employer of their life event changes thus causing the employer not to deduct the missed/variances in benefit deductions. Also employees miss deductions while on an unpaid leave of absence and needs to remit payment for benefit contributions. By implementing these two types of solutions your ROI will be increased.
