The Metaformers Accelerated Delivery Packages support an organization’s ability to move forward, even in light of budget restrictions and reductions, with adoption of best business practices, business process automation and improvement of internal and external services through PeopleSoft Enterprise implementation projects. 

Metaformers’ Accelerated Delivery Packages include two service offerings: MetaStream™ Strategy and MetaStream™ Express.

The addition of the MetaStream™ Strategy and MetaStream™ Express services to Metaformers service offering expands our services to provide customers with a comprehensive strategy, plan and approach for the accelerated delivery of Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials, Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management solutions.  As part of these service offerings, Metaformers utilizes our unique development of and experience with best practice use of PeopleSoft to maximize your return on investment.

MetaStream™ Strategy
MetaStream™ Strategy is the first step in the Metaformers Accelerated Delivery package. The Strategy service package provides a fixed-price roadmap to right-track IT-related investment.  MetaStream™ Strategy utilizes predefined templates within the MetaStream™ methodology to provide a comprehensive project strategy and plan to optimize the alignment of your technology infrastructure and tools, business process, policy, and enterprise solutions support organization.     

The MetaStream™ Strategy service is a relatively low cost initiative, yet the tangible benefits can be significant, particularly with enterprise solutions.  Enterprise solution initiatives are costly in terms of license cost, contracted specialist cost, and in-house labor costs.  From a cost-benefit standpoint it is imperative to make smart, well-planned moves.  The Strategy service establishes this smart plan, sets expectations, and avoids costly misfires with enterprise solution initiatives.

MetaStream™ Express
MetaStream™ Express is a fixed-price, fixed-scope implementation service of Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise suite of products.   MetaStream™ Express provides a significantly accelerated process unique to standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) based Methodologies with enhanced scope management and while providing a high-quality deployed solution. This provides organizations with the opportunity to embrace best business practices within the context of providing a world class solution thereby offering our client’s with the opportunity to remove previously highly customized, highly manual and outdated business processes that create organizational inefficiencies and single points of failure.

MetaStream™ Express is based on implementation bundles. MetaStream™ Express bundles include:  Financials, HCM, HCM-Pay, Procurement Automation, Supplier Enablement, Grants Automation, and Employee Enablement.

The MetaStream™ Express Financials implementation bundle includes:

• General Ledger
• Commitment Control
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Billing
• Asset Management

The MetaStream™ Express HCM-Pay implementation bundle includes:

• Human Resources
• Base Benefits
• Payroll

With MetaStream™ Express, customers can go live with the MetaStream™ Express Financials bundle in as few as 12 weeks and with the HCM-Pay bundle in as few as 16 weeks. MetaStream™ Express Procurement Automation, Grants Automation or HCM eApplications bundles can be implemented in just 8 weeks.

Additional services such as MetaStream™ Train and Support can be added as a la carte services to any implementation to provide additional training and post-go live customer support.
